At RAW Men’s Skincare, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To initiate a return, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Products returned without original packaging
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed, and you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
